We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return & Refund Policy
• Stock items may be returned within 30 days if unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Custom, fabricated, powder-coated, cut-to-length, imported special-order, and clearance items are final sale.
• Customers must obtain an RMA before returning any item.
• Damage claims must be submitted within 5 business days with photographs.
• Approved returns may incur a 25% restocking fee.
• Customers pay return shipping unless Strata Railing made an error. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Stainless Steel Return Policy
• 30-day returns on unused stock products only.
• Custom fabricated, cut, welded, powder-coated, imported special-order and installed products are
non-returnable.
• Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Damage claims must be submitted within 5 business days with photos and delivery receipt.
• Approved returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.
• Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, not corrosion-proof.
Stainless Steel Maintenance Schedule
• Monthly: rinse, wipe down, inspect hardware in high exposure areas.
• Quarterly: wash with mild soap, rinse and dry completely.
• Semi-annually: deep clean using approved stainless steel cleaner and protectant.
• Annually: inspect anchors, base plates, fasteners, sealants and connections.
• Coastal properties: rinse weekly, clean monthly, deep clean every 3 months.

Warranty Disclaimer
• Routine maintenance is required.
• Environmental staining, salt exposure, pool chemicals and improper cleaning are not covered under warranty.
• Failure to maintain products may void warranty coverage.
Invoice & Quote Disclaimer
• Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant but not maintenance-free. Tea staining, discoloration and corrosion
resulting from environmental exposure, improper maintenance or chemical contamination are not covered under
warranty.
